Credit: Carissa Heavy Runner tidies up a memorial off of Highway 93 near Arlee honoring the life of her daughter, Mika Westwolf, who was struck and killed by a vehicle on March 31 as she was walking home on the stretch of road. The family is still seeking justice regarding the death of their daughter. They recently started a GoFundMe to help with the investigation of the death of Westwolf.
