Ruff, Puff and Rumble kicked off its showcase of MMA fighters with a cannabis friendly expo. Professional fighter Shannon Ritch, Choctaw, won his retirement, headlining fight while Deran Martinez, Gila River, took home the Indigneous Belt during the pay per view event.
